- Each adult must complete a Rental Application and view the Available Rental unit
- There is a one year Lease on all residential rentals unless stated otherwise
- $40.00 non-refundable application fee is required for each applicant to run credit and eviction history
- Proof of Income required for all applicants
- Picture I.D. and Social Security Card are required with all applications
- Move-in funds must be in cashiers check or money order
- Pets are not accepted unless stated otherwise
- Verification of Bank Account is required on all applications
- Approval to rent is not guaranteed and is subject to our requirements to lease
