JKW Properties, Inc. was established in 1985. James K. Wood, CPM\u00ae, president of JKW Properties, Inc. has over thirty-five years of experience in property management. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles and is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM)<\/p>\n\n

James K. Wood is a Certified Property Manager\u00ae and a licensed California Real Estate Broker (#01041829) . Prior to forming his own company, Jim was General Manager of the Kamwood Company, a property management firm in Los Angeles. Jim studied at California State University Northridge, where he received his Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Management, and at California State University Long Beach where he completed his studies in real estate.<\/p>\n\n

Jim is also a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and is an active member of The Salvation Army.<\/p>\n\n
